WELEDAauthorized store 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Weleda product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or product exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the WELEDAauthorized store30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.


If we approve your Guarantee request, you will then need to mail your product, proof of purchase, and Guarantee approval confirmation number

Please note you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing these items, unless you ordered your product from Weleda.africa and received the wrong product or a product that was damaged.

Once we have received your materials and confirmed that you provided all required materials and are eligible for the Guarantee, we will issue your refund or replacement product.

If you requested a refund and purchased your product from Weleda.africa, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. We will notify you via email or phone when this transaction has taken place. For credit card returns, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.

If you requested a refund and purchased your product from one of authorized sellers, we will mail you a refund check.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise
